What will you cook?
This special session includes making your own batch of the basic bread recipe with all the usual invaluable help, hints & tips from Rob to make sure you end up with a delicious traditional German stollen peppered with dried fruit and a swirl of marzipan you will also be baking a Christmassy Bara Brith packed full of cinnamon, nutmeg, rum and candied peel….a merry Christmas indeed!
Rob’s festive bread-making session is for all levels from beginners to those wishing to perfect their techniques.
