Cracking Good
Cause of the Year
Why become a ‘Cracking Good Cause of the Year’ partner?
Adopting Cracking Good Food as your Company’s ‘Cracking Good Cause of the Year’ partner will bring opportunities for your employees, clients, membership, strategic partners or supporters to share memorable fundraising events together, to help fund Cracking Good Food’s vital work supporting and empowering some of Greater Manchester’s most vulnerable and hard to reach communities. Our partnership will enable us to teach all communities ‘cook-from-scratch’ skills and educate how to shop affordably, seasonally and to understand how food choices impact on our environment. Our sessions are fun, inspiring and empowering and we support everyone to boost their own mental and physical well being, as well as that of their loved ones.
In return, your support will greatly benefit our communities in the following ways:
You dedicating your fundraising activities to Cracking Good Food to help to raise funds between £500 to £1000 or more in the year, will help contribute towards our operational costs for providing at least 2 hands on cooking sessions with communities who greatly benefit from the life skills we teach, the money they will save and will foster a love of good food.
Presently, fundraising £1000 would support our COVID Crack the Crisis free meal delivery service to provide 800 meals to communities in need across Greater Manchester. Working together, we can help break the barriers preventing vulnerable and low income families accessing nutritious sustainable foods and learning how to cook good ingredients from scratch. Partnering with Cracking Good Food lets your members know you proudly support and care about your community!
Everyone deserves good food.
