Join Clare for this 4-hour Vegan Christmas meal cooking session to learn how to create impressive vegan festive flavoured dishes but can also be cooked and shared throughout the seasons. Clare is an experienced vegetarian and vegan cook, with a focus on making flavoursome vegetables the star of the show – not just the side dish! Clare will take you through some classic cooking techniques, as well as discussing timings leading up to the big day and how the recipes can be adapted to make tasty vegan dinners in the upcoming year.
